This relationship allows IOI to focus on customer service, performance management, and continuous improvement of our solution offerings. Using the shared services model helps IOI development respond to the changing needs of our customers by clarifying the delivery of services, ensuring greater transparency for the business, and aligning our customer expectations up front while controlling costs.
What is the relationship between IOI and InterOp.Community?
IOI is an active member of the InterOp.Community of practice an emerging collaboration to advance healthcare interoperability through open platforms and open-source software.
